Helps with daily balance

In my sixties and have beginning to lose balance more often while hiking. Got the GiBoard to help me improve that and it has been helping. The only thing my American Legion board needed was a US Marines sticker. Oorah!

I haven't mastered it nor fully onboarded the GiBoard into a formal daily routine, but I do experiment daily and can feel the resulting, productive stress throughout hips and legs and abdomen. And I think it looks great against the wall or right in the middle of the living room.
