We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by GiBoard US or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If there is any damage to your shipment or you did not receive your shipment, contact us within 10 days of the ship date of your order. If you do not contact us in a timely manner, we may not be to help solve your issue.
Products sold through this website are intended to be used in the United States. GiBoard US assumes no responsibility for supporting GiBoard products outside of the United States or for product damage from shipping or handling that takes place after the initial delivery of the product to the customer. Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses is more expensive for us, so any free shipping offers do not apply to these locations. We will, however, give customers in these locations a discounted rate compared to our actual cost of shipping.
