I recently purchased this to help strengthen my core and work up to being able to slackline. I really enjoy using this to achieve my goals. I've only been using this for a few weeks, but I can already feel a change in my core. Overall my balance is improving and my core is stronger. Highly recommend the Slackboard Pro by GIBBON.

Been using this product for a few minutes each day. I can feel my balance slowly improving. Seems well built. Only complaints are price (rather expensive for what you get) and that the strap needs to be frequently tightened. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Never had any experience with slack lines or slack boards but figured it would be a good way to stay nimble as I age. The board is super sturdy and has been a great way to wind down after a long day. The kids enjoy using it as well!

I purchased the single line board about a year ago because I have some mobility issues and my balance has declined. I thought this would be a great way to improve that, but it was really too difficult for me to manage with my knees and I stopped using it. My 20 year old uses it all the time, so I know it’s me, not the board! :). I saw the double line and thought that it might be the answer. With the extra band I’m able to use this board without discomfort! I’m starting slowly and mostly just trying to build up the time I can stand on it, but I can definitely feel that it is working muscles that have been sorely neglected. I’m looking forward to seeing if this improves my overall balance in the coming weeks.
