My first time using a balance board! I have been looking for ways to increase my fitness, beyondmy typical cardio, and a friend recommended I try out a balance board. I did my homework, and Gibbon immediately rose to the top of consideration. I am so glad I went with this board! I have been using it every day - incorporating it into my existing workouts with weights and finding new ways to use it thanks to all of the videos that are out there.My husband has been using it too! It's only been a few weeks, but I definitely think it is going to increase my balance, help with my core strength, and it's fun!

I’m loving it! It stands in a corner of my kitchen & I’m on it anytime I’m waiting for something to cook or heat up in the kitchen. Standing on it “sideways” makes folding laundry much more entertaining!

I need to work my core without bothering my back issues and working on balance in my mid 40s to keep me going strong.Fun to hop on for 5 to 10 minutes here and there. My two 13 yr olds love hopping in too! They have much better balance tho! I definitely can feel muscles I haven't felt in a while!
