Board's great, tension clip sucks. Inadequate material

The PLA in the 3D printed tension clip is too brittle to be useful for a larger person. The clip is too thin in the grooved areas, so when it's subjected to high load, it splits along the groove line.

I'm a former collegiate offensive lineman, and I absolutely love the board. The clips break in less than a day though....I've cut a piece of rubber I had, and have had no problems since I went to using it.

Hi Jay, thank you for the feedback. We have been working on redesigning the clip to better suit our cutomers. We do expect a new clip to be available which will be made from a different compound and has been in the test process at our office. I'm happy to have one sent out to you.

Replacement Clip

Somehow our clip had cracked and the corner broke off. The replacement arrived quickly and was easy to install. I do wish it was the same width as the strap as it seems to not quite stay centered.
