This thing is awesome

It is extremely well-built and sturdy. Clearly high quality materials and manufacturing. I bought it specifically to use to improve my one-foot balance abilities because I am trying to learn different kicks for MMA and my balance has been horrific. The board has helped in exactly the way I had hoped. Plus, using it exercises a bunch of random muscles that you rarely use that are related to stabilization and balancing on one foot. It is surprisingly is a decent core workout.

Thin stand

The stake was a little thinner and less substantial than I thought it would be. However, the stand does do what it's suppose to do. Keeps my GIBoard upright! I have limited space so it's nice to have small footprint in my frontroom.
