We ship Monday-Friday from San Diego, California. As soon as your order ships you will receive an automated email with FedEx tracking information (except for Hawaii and Alaska shipments, which ship USPS). Most orders will ship by the end of the next business day.

I didn't realize the tension clip was broken until I replaced it, now it stays taut when it didn't before. Glad there was a fix for that!

Expensive Plastic
My original clip broke within a few months of use and the board doesn’t hold tension without it. It was $5 but shipping was also $5 which made it an expensive piece of plastic. the new clip does fit well and seems to be working as expected. Open will last longer than the original one.

Great customer service
My family of 4 has been using our slack board pro for a few months now. Our tension clip got broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me a code to order a replacement for free under warranty. It showed up quickly AND they sent me two!! They are a great company to deal with!
