My family of 4 has been using our slack board pro for a few months now. Our tension clip got broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me a code to order a replacement for free under warranty. It showed up quickly AND they sent me two!! They are a great company to deal with!

I hadn't realized the tension on my line was shot (until the kids were banging to board on the walls). Easy to replace. Good as new.
We received the board for Christmas and one of the clips broke so we couldn’t tighten the band. We made contact with Giboard, they verified the purchase and sent the clip out very quickly. We were very happy with the service received.
I was very please that although my original clip broke, when I sent an email explaining the issue, I got an immediate response and a free replacement. That's how you keep your customers happy.
