In either set up, it’s easy to get restarted once you lose your balance because your foot is so close to the ground. That lets you get in a lot of practice in a short period of time.

Yes! The Slackboard Plus can be used indoors, outdoors, at the beach, in the living room, basically, wherever you would like. Since it is wood, you should avoid getting it wet or leaving it in the direct sunlight for long periods of time, but feel free to use it in any location.
