Shipping Policy
Your GiBoard US order will ship from our warehouse in San Diego. We are proud that more than 75% of orders placed ship out the same day or the next business day. Occasionally, our warehouse is shut down or we are so overwhelmed with orders that we can’t get a board shipped out by the next day. In those situations, it can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out. If it is going to be much longer than that, we’ll let you know. With the exception of orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico, you should expect your order to ship via FedEx Home Delivery. We do occasionally run out of boards but offer them for sale on backorder. When that happens, we will have a message on the product detail page (usually in bold red font right by the “Add to Cart” button) indicating that the board is in backorder status and setting an expectation of when we will receive that board back in stock. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Unfortunately, once the order ships out, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive. We have provided the FedEx shipping time estimator at the bottom of this page for your reference. Please consider the transit times shown below or any that we provide only as an estimate. Weather, service and other issues can cause delays in transit that are out of our control. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Occasionally, packages will get damaged in shipping. If there is any damage to your product or you did not receive your shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the ship date of your order. FedEx has a short time window to lodge a complaint, so if you do not contact us in a timely manner, we may not be to help solve your issue.
Products sold through this website are intended to be used in the United States and Canada. GiBoard US assumes no responsibility for supporting GiBoard products outside of the United States and Canada or for product damage from shipping or handling that takes place after the initial delivery of the product to the customer. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at: info@giboardus.com or 800.209.1368 prior to completing your purchase.
Finally, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses is more expensive for us. As a result, any free shipping offers do not apply to these locations. Orders to these locations will almost always ship via the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, those shipments will usually experience significantly longer transit times of two to three weeks.
Please use the below map as a guide for how long you should expect your package to take to get to you based on your location.
